WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork refers to different breathing techniques, programs, and exercises.  Be guided to focus on your conscious awareness of your inhales and exhales.  Breathwork is often performed to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, while promoting deep relaxation and grounded energy.  Allow your breath to guide you into opening new pathways inside the body.

Breathwork can be used to help improve issues including:
