A FEMININE APPROACH TO YOGA
When you sense from inside the body, you are able to tap into the unknown. Opening new pathways inside the mind and body, you are able to develop your intuition and inner knowing. By developing your intuition, you learn to trust yourself, and open to the inner wisdom of your body. Deepening the connection with your body gives you access to your receptivity, allowing you to feel whole and nourished.
When the body has permission to move freely in a safe space, the mind, heart, body, and essence can sync together. Connection to the feminine energy allows you to feel more dropped into yourself. By sensing the sacred space within, we can feel more alive and aligned with our practice.
